Crusader's Fortress in Jordan: Kerak

The interior chanbers are huge and manifold. Hunereds of crusaders were stationed here with their horses and sergeants.

The desert from Sinai to Sahara, the explorer is prepared.

The western desert makes Nevada look like a water park.

This is a place which offers "pyramids" of its own. Some are near perfect images of those in Giza.

It is a real city with two major industries: religion and tourism.

Israeli soldiers are everywhere. They are often men and women in thier 20's. Israel provides good security for everyone.

The city walls are in great shape because of the constant rebuilding financed by world-wide Zionists. The city rests on a stone mantle.

The "West Wall" or "Wailing
Wall" has a snse of it's own. I inexplicitly was reluctant to touch it.

The city is full of muslims, jews and Christians of all ages. Families as well as visitors are everywhere. It is impossible to buy property here-all permanently held by families or Churches.

Egyptian temples

These massive images were moved from the Aswan Dam resevior built in the 1960's.

Here I am in Egypt! The big pyramid was the tallest building in the world for more than 5000 years until the 19th century.

This is good idea of just how big the stone blocks used to build the pyramids.

After exploring much of Egypt, I was able to determine the exact shop of the sphynix's nose.

This is what happens to a pyramid if not maintained. It is near the three big ones in Giza.
