I am in Doctor Luis Fabrega Hospital near santiago, panama. I took a particularly nasty fall and was taken here for treatment. The facility will set my right shulder and other parts tomorrow and then I will take the bus back to costa rica. when able. i am in good hands and you sold not worry .
