There are three types of bananas in this photo.

The green ones are as hard as wood and must be peeled and then boiled and then fried. Very good and I have prepared the same in my kitchen.

The big yellow ones are roasted and then garnished with cheese. Very popular as streetside snacks.

The little ones are, well, you know, bananas.
